In March 26^tth, Guangdong LED Industry Alliance had its first annual conference in Dongguan.

　 The representative of chief executive unit, Mr William Li, made a speech in the conference. He reviewed the work done in the last year and took a long view of the LED industry. He regarded much of the responsibilites of the alliance, including resouce integration, policy support appliance, achievements presentation, etc., which made positive constructions to the development of both the alliance and the industry.
　　
　 He also expressed his confidence in the future of LED development of Guangdong under the financial crisis. LED, as he pointed out, as one of the hi-tech industries with the greatest development potentialin the world, had prove us with its remarkable energy saving capability. With the full governmental support, China will be a popular investment spot for LED, and have a great potential economic opportunities.
